Tips and Shortcuts

As the emails come to your inbox add them to a new Mail List.
Now when you want to email your parents, begin typing the name of the list in the To: Field and it will show up, ready for you to use.
7. Managing your email (deleting large files):
Sort your inbox by the size of the messages.

8. How to save a group of emails to your computer.
Select the group of emails (Shift-Click the top and bottom email) and choose Summarize Selected from the Message menu.On Mac's choose Print, but instead of printing to a printer, choose Save as PDF. This file will include all the emails selected and show them complete with all formating and images. On a Windows PC, Choose Save As from the File menu and save the file as a text file.
