There are many resources available on the internet and within Microsoft Excel's help menu to assist you in getting the most out of Excel.
Here are some YouTube Videos that will help you understand how to use the basic functions of Excel (these are shown in an older version of MS Excel but the information is fairly similar to the newer Excel '07 for Windows or Excel '08 for Mac.
