Setting Up the SyncJe Client for the Blackberry

The SyncJE Client is used to sync FirstClass information to the Blackberry.  Click the SyncJE Client on your Blackberry.  Download from www.nexthaus.com/bb/syncjebb.jad

If download fails, pull out battery and reinsert.  If this fails, wipe the handheld completely clean.  To purchase license go to www.nexthaus.com. 

Click again and choose Settings

Edit the Settings as follows:

Server URL:http://142.30.138.148/cgi-bin/sync
Username: Abbynet name
Password: Abbynet Password
Check Contacts
Foldername: contacts
Check Calendar
Foldername: calendar
Check ToDo
Foldername: tasks
Check Auto Sync
Every: 12
Unit: Hours
(Optional) Sync events between:
days before sync date: 10
days after sync date: 30
Select WAP from WAP, MDS, BIS (BIS needed when getting license!)
WAP Gateway APN: blackberry.net
WAP Gateway IP: 208.200.67.150
WAP Gateway Port: 9201
HTTP User Name:
HTTP Password:
Timeout, minutes: 3
Unchecked Skip saving attendeeds
Max Blocksize(kB): 8
Unchecked Debug Log

Click the ball again and press Save.

Now press click the ball again and choose Start Sync.  Get a cup of coffee, this will take some time. If all goes well, your FirstClass Contacts, Calendar, and Tasks will sync to the Blackberry.
