Setup Problems
- Ensure that EDGE is in the upper right corner of screen. If it is lower case, pull and reinsert battery to restart Blackberry. Try this a couple of times if necessary.
- If it is still lowercase, you may not have a Blackberry data plan. Check that you have the right dataplan.
- Wipe the device clean:
- Options menu
- Security Options
- General Settings
- Press Menu button
- Wipe Handheld
- Enter "Blackberry"
- Call Rogers Wireless Support (1 866 931-3282)
Sync Problems
- Ensure you have connectivity.
- Pull battery out and reinsert to restart device.
- If sync problems continue contact Tom van Hunenstijn on Abbynet (FirstClass).
