- Command-S (Save)
- Command-X (Cut)
- Command-C (Copy)
- Command-V (Paste)
- Command-A (Select All)
- Command-Q (Quit Application - DO NOT JUST CLICK THE RED X!)
- Command-P (Print)
- Command-W (Close Window)
- Command-Z (Undo)
- Command-Tab (Show and scroll through open applications - Click and hold Command, tap the Tab key and continue holding Command. To scroll backword, click the Shift key)
In order to take a screenshot:
Click and hold Shift-Ctrl-Command with your left hand. Press the 4 key with your right hand. You will see the cursor change to a crosshair. Select and drag the rectangular window you wish to capture. When you release the mouse it will copy the picture to your clipboard which you can then paste (Command-V) into any application.Note: If you want to create a file as opposed to copying it to the clipboard use Command-Shift and then press 4. This will save picture to desktop.
